Burned Sugar Cream

Burned Sugar Creamis a delicious dessert, with can be enjoyed
in the weekend with friends. It can be served with whipped cream (the best would be home
made from double cream 10% fat) and could have as well some biscuits next to it.
It is very easy to make and cooking time is about 1 hour. It is similar with French dessert
of rich custard and hardened sugar known as crème brûlée
Ingredients
- - 1 liter fresh boiled milk
- - 100 grams sugar, 2 teabags vanilla sugar
- - 8 eggs
- - vanilla syrup
Cooking Steps
- add sugar in a pot and melt it at slow temperature untill nice
yellow(take care not to burn it, else will become bitter)
- take the pot from the hob and slowly turn the pot round to
cool the sugar on the walls of it,(c.a. milk level)
- mix milk with the eggs and vanilla sugar, it can be added some cinnamon
- add the milk in the pot, and this pot have to fitt in other one
with boiling water, it has to keep the water at boiling point, it should
rather not boil, for about 40 min, untill a soft cream, the sugar should
be melted and become a tasty syrup
- put the pots in the oven for about 10 min, untill is a nice yellow brown colour
- take the pot out with sugar cream add the vanilla syrup and let to cool down,
the best it is served cold
